Massage Amsterdam for tired feet after walking the canal ring
Outcall, 40 to 60 minutesThe canal ring is a walk, above all, and it is longer than it looks. Kilometres of cobbles, a humped bridge at every crossing, and a pair of shoes that seemed sensible at breakfast. This page is about the massage Amsterdam walkers book for the evening, what they usually ask for when they write, and how the booking works from the bench to the knock.
How far a canal walk really goes
Three main canals run in half-rings around the old centre, with the Jordaan's lanes to the west of them, and a visitor who follows them from end to end and back again covers fifteen or twenty kilometres without once feeling like a hiker. The ground is uneven cobbles for much of the way, tilted towards the water. Every crossing is a small hump, up and down, sometimes forty times in a day. Add a detour through the narrow streets of the western islands, and the step counter on your phone shows a number you would never plan on purpose.
What walkers usually ask for
When visitors write after a canal day, the feet and calves come up first, then the lower back, then the shoulders if a daypack was involved. It is fine to say so in the booking thread; she reads it before she travels and plans the time accordingly. What a session includes and how it runs stays her decision, and she explains her limits at the start. Nothing on this site claims a massage does anything for tired feet beyond the hour itself, and nobody who arrives at your door will claim it either.
Massage Amsterdam walkers choose, by length
Ninety minutes is the usual choice after a long walk, at 270 euros for one guest with one therapist. An hour at 180 is a complete session, though walkers often say afterwards that thirty more minutes would have gone to the feet. Two hours at 360 suits a final evening. Erotic oil massage is the straightforward format; sensual massage keeps the same oil at a slower tempo, and suits a guest who wants to be half asleep by the close of it.
Before she arrives
Take the shoes off first and put them somewhere you will not trip over them. A shower matters more after a walking day than after almost any other, and washing the feet properly is a courtesy she will appreciate. Turn the heating up, switch off the ceiling light and leave a lamp on. Put a bottle of water beside the bed. She carries towels and oil, so nothing else is needed. If you have a plaster on a blister, mention it when she arrives.
Shoes, cobbles and the second day
Visitors who walk the canals in new shoes regret it by lunchtime; the cobbles tilt, the edges of the bridges are worn smooth, and a thin sole feels every stone. Worn-in shoes with some cushioning are worth packing for this city above almost anything else. If the first walking day has gone badly for your feet, a massage Amsterdam visitors book on that first evening can be the pause that makes the second day possible to plan with a clearer head, even if nobody can claim it does more than give you a warm and quiet ninety minutes.
Booking from a bench by the water
The smoothest canal-day bookings are written from a bench beside the water in the late afternoon, with the hotel still a twenty-minute walk away. Give the hour you want her at your door, not the hour you are writing, and allow time for the shower. If you are already in the room, forty to sixty minutes from your confirmation to her knock holds everywhere in central Amsterdam. Five of the therapists set out from the Jordaan itself and six from the centre, so the canal ring is rarely far from any of them.
What goes ahead, and when
A first booking with the house carries half the fee in advance, so ninety minutes at 270 means 135 ahead and 135 on arrival. The same half applies to bookings made more than twenty-four hours ahead, to overnights, to every session with two therapists or of three hours or longer, to airport hotels and to peak dates. A returning guest asking for one or two hours the same day, at an address in the city, pays the whole fee on arrival. The half paid ahead goes by card, Revolut, Wise or cryptocurrency, never by bank transfer or PayPal.
If your plans change
Walks run long; a café holds you for an hour; rain drives you back early. With more than a full day of notice, the whole deposit returns, and you may move the booking once for free to a date within fourteen days. Inside the last twenty-four hours, before she has left, half the deposit is kept and half is returned. Once she is travelling, it is kept, unless another guest takes the hour, in which case it is repaid. A booking without a deposit costs nothing before she sets out, and only the journey share afterwards.
Two walkers
A couple who did the whole ring together can share one therapist at 360 euros an hour, taking turns, or have one each at 720, side by side, in a room with space on both sides of the bed. Both must have agreed to the booking, and both must be twenty-one or over. Say which you want in the first message.
The therapist and the roster
Twenty-three therapists keep hours with the house, all twenty-one or over, each setting her own hours and deciding which bookings she accepts. Every profile on the roster gives her age, her languages, her district and photographs published with her agreement. Name one in your first message or give the hour and let the reply say who is free. Once she is in the room, she leads the session within the limits she has stated, and may end a visit at any point.
Tariff
The posted hoursBy the hour
| 1 hour | €180 |
|---|---|
| 2 hours | €360 |
| 3 hours | €540 |
| Overnight (8h) | €1,250 |
An hour after the third costs another 180 euros for one guest with one therapist, added when the booking is agreed or asked about on the evening itself.
The overnight is a fixed block of eight hours at 1,250 euros for one guest, agreed ahead as one figure rather than counted hour by hour.
A single guest with two therapists pays 360 euros an hour, 540 for ninety minutes, 720 for two hours and 2,880 for the eight hour night.
For a couple, one shared therapist is 360 an hour and 2,500 for the night; one therapist each is 720 an hour and 5,760 for the night.
Every figure already includes all taxes, and nothing is added for a Sunday, a late hour or her journey across the centre.
Outcall only: the session happens in your hotel room or apartment, and there are no premises to walk to after a day of walking.
Airport hotels at Schiphol use the same figures, with the journey time agreed with you before anything is fixed.
