Contacting Cobblestone Amsterdam

Bookings and questions are handled in writing, so the address, the hour and the length sit in one place both sides can read again. That matters more than usual when the message is typed on a tram at the close of a long day.

A useful first message holds five facts:

  • Where you are staying: the hotel or the street, and the room number once you have it.
  • The date, and the hour you want her at the door, in Amsterdam time.
  • How long: sixty minutes, ninety, two hours, three, or a whole night.
  • Somebody from the roster by name, or a sentence about the evening you picture.
  • Whether you are one guest or two, and whether one therapist or two should come.

What comes back is a name, a figure and an arrival time. Until then nothing is asked of you: no account, no form, no card number typed into a page.

Writing from the street

If you are still out, give the hour you will be back rather than the hour you are writing. Street names in the old centre repeat with small changes, so copy your address from the hotel confirmation instead of typing it from memory.

The room number and the front door

Visitors often book before they know the room number, especially on an arrival day or when the booking is written from a gallery café. That is fine: give the hotel or the street first and add the room once you have the key. Old canal-house hotels sometimes lock the street door after a certain hour or ask guests to use a code; if yours does, put the instructions in the thread so nobody waits on the step. Apartments with a separate buzzer for each floor need the name on the bell, or the floor, written out in full.

Questions before booking

Asking without booking is welcome. The questions page may already have the answer, and the booking page sets out the steps in order.

When something should be in writing

A complaint, a question about what is held about you, or a request under the privacy page goes by e-mail to contact@massage-amsterdam.com.
