I am out sightseeing until six. When should I write?
Whenever it suits you, as long as you give the hour you expect to be back in the room rather than the hour you are writing. A message from a café at four asking for seven o'clock is simple to arrange. Writing from the room itself works too, with a wait of forty to sixty minutes after the reply is confirmed.
How long after I confirm does she arrive?
Forty to sixty minutes anywhere in central Amsterdam, counted from your confirmation. Airport hotels at Schiphol are a separate arrangement: the journey time is agreed with you first, and half the fee goes ahead.
What should I have ready when I get back from a long day?
A shower taken, the heating turned up, the ceiling light off and a lamp on. Put the day's shoes and bags somewhere out of the way. She carries towels and oil, so the room needs nothing else.
Can I ask for time on my legs, feet or shoulders?

What does a session cost here?
One guest, one therapist: an hour is 180 euros, ninety minutes 270, two hours 360, three hours 540, and the eight hour overnight 1,250. Each hour after the third adds another 180. All figures include every tax, and the same table appears on each profile.
Is it more expensive at the weekend or late in the evening?
No. A Saturday night costs what a Tuesday afternoon costs, and no travel charge applies anywhere in the centre. Peak dates carry a deposit, not a different rate.
When does half the fee go ahead?
On a first booking with the house, on anything booked more than twenty-four hours in advance, on every overnight, every booking with two therapists, every session of three hours or more, every airport hotel and every peak date such as King's Day. The one exception is a guest the house already knows, asking for one or two hours later that day at a city address: the full fee is simply paid on arrival.
Which methods can the deposit be paid by?
Card is the first option; Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency also work. Bank transfer and PayPal are not used, and cash cannot serve as a deposit because cash only changes hands in the room. The amount and the way to pay appear in the booking thread once the hour is agreed.
Can the balance be paid in my own currency?
Cash in another major currency is welcome for the balance on arrival, and the exact sum in that currency is confirmed to you in writing before she sets out. Card works too.
I booked for tomorrow evening and my day tour ran late. Can I move it?
One move is free when you ask more than twenty-four hours before the booked time and the new date falls within fourteen days; the deposit moves with it. Asked inside the last day, a move is read as a cancellation made at that moment. If it is only a matter of an hour on the same evening, say so in the thread and ask.
What if I cancel?
With more than twenty-four hours of notice, the whole deposit is returned. Inside the last twenty-four hours, before she has left, half is kept and half returned. Once she is on her way, the deposit is kept, unless the hour goes to another guest, in which case it is repaid in full. If you can show the loss was smaller than what was kept, only that smaller sum is kept, and you are never asked for anything more.
I booked without a deposit and now I am too tired. What do I owe?
If she has not left yet, you owe nothing. If she is already travelling, you owe the share of the fee her journey represents and nothing beyond it. Writing early costs you nothing, so write as soon as you know.
May I name the therapist I want?
Yes, on the first line of your message. The reply says whether she is free at your hour, and if not, who is. The choice stays yours.
We walked all day as a pair. Can we book as a pair too?
One therapist shared is 360 euros an hour; a therapist each is 720 and needs space on both sides of the bed. Each partner has to agree to it and has to be twenty-one or over. Name the arrangement in your opening line.
My room is in an old canal house with steep stairs. Is that a problem?
Not for the therapist; she climbs those stairs regularly. It can matter for the format. Nuru and soapy need a proper shower, and two therapists need space around the bed, so describe the room if you want either.
Can she come to a hotel near Schiphol?
Yes, by arrangement. The journey time is agreed with you before anything else, and half the fee goes ahead. The figures do not change for the airport.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. Everything is arranged in a written conversation. No account, no password and no card number typed into a page.
What is kept about me?

I booked ninety minutes for eight tonight and my walking tour is running late. If I cancel at five, what do I lose?
At EUR 270 for ninety minutes, the deposit you paid was EUR 135. A message at five falls inside the last twenty-four hours but before she has set out, so EUR 67.50 is kept as fee already earned and EUR 67.50 is returned. Had you written before eight the previous evening, the full EUR 135 would have come back; had you written at a quarter to eight, with her already on the way, all of it would have been kept, unless the hour went to someone else, in which case it is returned in full. If you can show that the loss was smaller than the share kept, only that smaller sum is kept.
It is my first visit and I want an hour this evening after the museums. Do I pay anything first?
Yes, half, because a first booking with the house always carries a deposit, however soon it starts. An hour is EUR 180, so EUR 90 is paid once the hour is agreed in the thread, by card or by Revolut, Wise or cryptocurrency, and EUR 90 at the door. Because the hour falls on the day you book, the thread also asks you to confirm that you want the session performed straight away. Once the house knows you, a same-day hour or two at a city address needs nothing ahead and is paid in full when she arrives.
I was so tired after the day that I asked her to stop after an hour of a two hour booking. Is the second hour refunded?
No. A session ended early, by either side and for any reason, remains payable for the time that was reserved. The two hours were set aside for you, she made the journey, and the remaining hour cannot be offered to anyone else that evening. Nothing beyond the fee for the reserved time is charged. If you know before she sets out that one hour will be enough, say so in the thread and the booking becomes an hour at EUR 180.
Who decides what happens once she is in the room?
She does, from the first minute to the last. Before anything begins she tells you her limits in her own words, and they hold until she leaves. She may turn down a booking before it reaches your door or after, without giving a reason, and she may end a visit whenever she chooses. If a limit she has named is pressed, the visit stops there: the fee for the time reserved stays due and nothing is added to it, as the booking terms also set out.
Why might she ask for identification when I open the door?
Because everyone in the room, whoever booked and anyone with him, has to be twenty-one or over, and a photo document settles it in a few seconds. One look, and it is back in your hand. Nothing is copied or photographed, and no detail from it is written down. If the question of who is present cannot be settled, she leaves before the session begins; the age statement explains the rule in full.
